Hello, my name is Dr. Jamie McClanahan and I am the Senior Pastor of Wayne Hills Baptist Church. My wife Crystal and our two kids, Caleb and Brianna, have been a part of Wayne Hills since the fall of 2018. For the past 17 years, I have served the Lord in a full-time capacity in several churches in North Carolina and Virginia. I graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in 2001. In the years that followed I earned a Master of Arts, Master of Religion, Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.
Throughout my time in ministry, I have served as a Children’s Pastor, Youth Pastor, Family Pastor, Discipleship Pastor, and Senior Pastor. In each of these roles, my passion to see families become mature disciples of Jesus through the expositional preaching of the Word, shepherding of the flock through personal touch ministry, and the equipping of the saints to do the work of the ministry through personal leadership development, has only grown stronger. My hobbies and personal interest include hiking, fishing, watching Steelers and Penn State football, coaching soccer, and reading and writing.

Caleb Huggins
PASTOR OF YOUTH AND FAMILY
Hello, my name is Caleb Huggins, and I am the Pastor of Youth and Family at Wayne Hills. My wife is Heather, and we’ve been married since May of 2020. I graduated from Liberty University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Leadership. I am currently working on my Master of Arts in Biblical Exposition at Liberty.
Both my wife and I grew up in Augusta County, and we are very excited to be back home serving the Lord through youth, children, and their families. Outside of work, I love finding local coffee and tea, fishing, and driving.

Lindsey lives in Waynesboro with her husband, Mike, and her daughter, Charlotte, and stepson, Matthew. She has been involved in music ministry since her teenage years. She has served as a worship leader and church pianist in several churches throughout Virginia. Lindsey currently works as a Career Coach at Fort Defiance High School. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from James Madison University. She taught middle school choir, piano, musical theater, guitar, and general music lessons for 13 years. She currently maintains a private music studio.
She enjoys reading, crafting, traveling, meeting new people, and making music.

Sunday Morning Children's Coordinator
Melissa grew up in New Hampshire and attended college there at Keene State College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. After graduating in 2001, she moved to Charlottesville, VA and taught preschool at St. Mark’s Preschool and then St. Anne’s Belfield.
She met her husband Scott at a church in Charlottesville and they were married in 2007. A couple years later they moved to Waynesboro, VA where they have been ever since. They have four wonderful children, Aaron, Leah, Abigail, and Miriam. For the past 10 years, they have attended Wayne Hills Baptist Church as a family where she has been active in the Children’s Ministry as well as the community mom group, MOPS. Melissa enjoys listening to Christian music, audiobooks, walking, enjoying God’s creation, and good coffee!

Ashley is a local girl having grown up over the mountain in Afton with her parents and two sisters where she was homeschooled from kindergarten through 12th grade.
In 2012 she went to Pensacola Christian College and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Medical Office Administration in May of ’16. She met her husband Andrew at PCC and they were married June 1, 2018. They served on staff at PCC for several years before moving back to the Valley.
Ashley and Andrew have two little girls, Bethany and Briana, and are members of Crossroads Baptist Church in Fishersville. She enjoys spending time and taking care of her family.

My name is Hannah Coffey, and I have been attending WHBC for almost 20+ years. I have been a part of the WHBC AVL ministry for 9 years and maintain the church website on a weekly basis as well as volunteer with AVL on Sunday Mornings!
Outside of my volunteering at church on Sunday Mornings and various activities during the week. I enjoy spending time with my family and playing games.
